Delay in transferring of provident fund

The company I was employed at are experiencing tough times and offered voluntary retrenchment packages. I app**** for it and was granted such. My last work day was 30/4/2015. Provident withdrawal forms completed and submitted to NBC in March via their rep at the company. To date I am still waiting for funds. I followed up in July and was told that the company submitted incomplete forms and I will be contacted shortly as she is working on it. I checked again in August, was then told all in order just waiting for SARS and I should get payment within 7 days. Nothing happened so asked my broker to contact them and he was told the same ie. SARS. On the 10/9 Tlou contacted my broker and stated that Funds cannot be trf a I need to open a preservation fund not a retirement annuity. If the funds are trf to me directly then I will pay 38 percent tax. Colleagues from my ex <br> company got out the first R500 000 tax free and received monies directly. <br> I am just tired of waiting and my patience has run out. I need NBC to check everything with attention to detail and give a commitment and stick by it. I need my money trf immediately.<br> Thank you
