Death claim benefit

My mother passed away 01/07/2013.We have not receceived her provident fund money to date.we faxed and faxed for the past two years we don't know what the delay is about.Every time we call they ask that we fax me and my brothers I'd and bank statement's. It is really not fair that we have to wait this long to get her provident fund money.
