Communication is bad

I resigned on the 16th of February 2026. I called in March to do a follow up on my Provident fund payment and I was told because I recently claimed two pot SARS tax directive for my provident fund is not going through. Till today I'm still waiting. I'm a human being and I have responsibilities.
