Claims aren’t all worthy according to their consultant’s response

I called NBC sometime last year twice enquiring about my aunty’s unclaimed benefits because I had received a later, the consultants said they would send me the forms that need to be completed for the claim but to date I haven’t received anything.

The second time I made the call the consultant disclosed the amount and from his tone I could tell that he wasn’t going to waste his time sending the forms because the amount might not be worth claiming according to him. And yes without failure he didn’t send them.
