The company is taking its time with processing claim documents, when a person tries to communicate is either you wait too long on the phone then the line goes off or you never get responses on alternative communication options like WhatsApp as stated on the call.

We can confirm receipt of your claim documents, however the contributions must first be updated to align with your last date of contributions before your claim can be processed.
The claims team has confirmed that they are busy with processing the updates.

My company provided you with everything and to show everything is aligning, why has it gone to SARS? Im waiting for a payout only.
