Claim still not processed.

Good day. I'm really frustrated at this current moment, I've been contacting NBC for the last few weeks, I last submitted my claim forms on the 23rd of November to only find out that my documents were received on the 6th of January. Now my NBC land portal is denying me access and apparently my claim is on the last stage of payout. I wanted to know what's taking so long to finalize my claim and as to why I'm not receiving any updates with regards to this matter. My policies are about to lapse and I have no means as to how I'll be able to pay them. I'm really disappointed with the level of service I'm receiving.
