Claim not being paid out

Very poor customer service Unprofessional, especially when dealing with elders. Braamfontien branch JHB. They cut calls especially on fridays. (Lerato Gumede) was the last to assist & said they dont have call ref numbers. Alarming, especially from a financial institute.

My mother has claimed on the 8th of Sep to date no feedback & no payout. As recognized financial institutions, it makes ne wonder how many people are being ****med of thier hard earned money's.
