cant get someone that actually helps

I've been trying to get hold of someone at NBC holdings that actually knows what is going on! I phoned and after being sent from one to the other person i got a number for Wendy and i called and left messages and just no Respons . Can someone please just help me find out the status on my claim!!!!!! Fed up
