Can a claim really take this long?

I submitted a claim for my Provident Fund proceeds to pay out, after I lost my job at Afri Service. I have since been given a run around by the Fund Administrator: NBC Fund Administrator. The claim was submitted in march 2015 and I am yet to see my case finalized. All the required paper work has been completed and handed over.<br> <br> I have visited their offices 5 time so far and was given different stories with every visit. I really dont' know what else to do. Being without a job, I really am in desperate need of this money, but it seems as though NBC Fund Administrator does not care.
