Beware of NBC Holdings Pty Ltd

If you have retirement funds with this company, consider transferring them to a bank if possible. I submitted my application to withdraw my retirement funds on January 7, 2025, and was informed payment would be processed within two months. It is now Aprill 11, 2025, and I have received neither payment nor any communication explaining the delay. I’ve attempted to contact them via phone and email, but they have not responded. Had I known before retiring that this would be their treatment of retirees, I would never have agreed to keep my money with them. If your company uses NBC Holdings for retirement or provident funds, urge them to store your money in a bank instead. NBC’s actions seem suspicious, and I’m beginning to suspect they may be misappropriating people’s funds. I hope this review prompts the timely payout of my funds and those of others.
