Benefit Claim ***

I hope you guys can assist me. I hand delivered my benefit claims form on the 25th of October 2015 and the acknowledgement of receipt was signed by Thapelo. Since then I have received no payout. In December when I followed it up, the lady at reception referred me to a Wendy, but there was never an answer on her extension but the reception always took my number saying someone will call me which never happens. Early Jan I spoke to a Reneilwe who assured me that the claim is the process and I must call her in three days time. I called her, she reiterated the same thing- it's in the process. When asked how far in the process she doesn't know. I spoke to her senior, Victor and he will look into the matter and then revert to me. He requested that I text him my details to which I did. He sent an acknowledgement of receipt. He never came back to me. On the 19th at 13:00, I called him and on the 22nd to remind him of my query. His response was that I shouldn't worry as he's looking into the matter and I shouldn't waste my airtime he'll call me. However, he's yet to call. I need urgent assistance as I'm stuck in limbo been sent from pillar to post.<br> Sibusiso Hlongwane.
