Bad service...******

It is very sad that in these hard times there are people like these people. My mother is retired she has waited over 4 mnths for her provident fund. We have been told to send emails yo quiry because they say the people working in the payout department are working from home but till today thre has been any response.

My mother is struggling she cant eve get grant from government because they say she needs to get the ptovident find first of which these people are not giving it.

Please interven to this company, my parents will die from this stress and hunger
