Bad Service.

Since I worked for South32 and am no longer in the company, I am very dissatisfied with the service and have lodged a claim for my provident fund, which is being held by NBC HOLDINGS. Although my claim was lodged on January 8, 2025, I have not yet received my provident. I have been ringing and they hung up the phone once they directed me to a certain department that deals with South32 Provident "Samancor". Your call gets dropped after being on the line for over half an hour. It's two weeks not being able to view my fund online which should be paid by now but nothing. Even a woman by the name of Conny as she tried to help, she still asked if I was paid but again, nothing. She will not give me a relevant number or an email as she explained that she is not allowed to.
