Bad service

A.Nkosi has been making empty promises to me that issue of my provident fund payout will be resolved and lately he is not even responding to my emails or taking my calls. I have escalated this issue to their head of department Mr Kevin Naidoo who is also not responding to my emails. No wonder Wendy Hamilton is ignoring my phones and emails cause the whole of NBC team is running away from telling me of when I can expect my money.
