Bad service

What does it take to receive a mere statement from @NBC holdings? Let alone the progress of your withdrawal request. I have written a formal email, made phone calls and was told they will email me back but nothing happens after that. My employer has emailed my forms twice already to the nbc but when I called I'm still told that they can't find my form. What kind of administration is that? I'm not happy at all. This is my money, I deserve to get the statement whenever I request and I deserve to know the progress of my withdrawal. NBC Holdings, you surely can do better than this!
