Awaiting my provident fund since may

I am extremely disappointed on NBC I applfor my provident fund on May still no response even now when I call them no one picks up I tried to be strong for my kids but I am at a breaking point now because I have run out of friends who assist me while I wait for you nbc at the end of this month I am going to be chased out of the place I am currently staying in I will be homeless with my kids but nbc is delay my payment its been 3 months now since I lost my job my poor kid even stopped going to school I am now failing as a parent my rates are going up Mt accounts are at an edge of blacklisting me.

Dear nbc I am pleading with you to please process my claim my kids are dying of hunger
