Await pension fund

I have been experiencing such bad service with this company. They suppose to pay out my provident fund and always come up with excuses. I finish work last year in June 2021 and to date I still didnt receive a cent. Everytime there were issues with my paper work and when all paper work was send in the lady Nomfundo that dealing with my account has now been off sick.. I think and Indian lady is her manager when I phone in the manager say she can't say how far Nomfundo is with her paper work which is very shocking it's month end they can't even tell me when I will be paid out cause it's all excuses.. Please anybody if you come across this please help cause I'm waiting for a year for my money I mean it's money that got deducted every month from my pay

The reception lady pick up the phone and sound so angry like I'm disturbing her sleep every time I phone in and no one can help me they all so rude
