Provident Fund Pay Out

I have resigned from my previous company since January 2017 and its now almost 2years down the line and i do not have my provident fund deposited to my bank account, the administration at NBC is very poor and i want everyone to know that, they have been promising to pay me since, it’s now November 2018 and they are still promising, i am now going to take the legal route. I do not understand why they do not process my provident, i have submitted all the documents they required long time ago and still no payment. I went to their offices around April to go and find out what was the hold up, they told me that my payment was supposed to have been deposited in January and promised to pay me in two days time and to this day I’m still waiting.
