5 Months still no payout

I was retrenched from a Cleaning Company In December 2014, the HR lady told me that our Provident Payout is handled by NBC Holdings and gave me their contact details to follow up with them, we are now going into month 4 and still I have not received my Payout and it is absolutely impossible to get any assistance from the Call centres I have phoned 5 times and cannot even get through to a consultant
