4 months waiting for Provident fund

my mother has resigned from her work Umhlanga in March and submitted the provident fund forms and she was told to wait for 8 weeks , when we call the call center, we are told that nothing has done and that they will escalate the matter, that we should call after 4 weeks, we did again but no luck. we keep on getting the same answer and it is deeply frustrating when a big Financial Company like NBC cant meet their dead line, we now wasting airtime to call the call centre to get the same answer. tried to call the Supervisor Thandeka but the phone kept on ringing and no luck. even today we still waiting
