Update on my claim

Since I submitted my claim on 15 April 2026 and the lady who rep**** back to me when I asked about my claim said my claim have skipped the deadline of April, which was submitted at May..... so it is 5 months now on September and I haven't received any payment.... & when I asked the lady again last week she said she doesn't know how long the payment will take since they followed up with NBC.... my ID number is *** and my phone number is ***
