TELEPHONIC HARRASMENT OF PENSIONER AND UNPROFESSIONAL DROPPING OF CALLS WHILE TRYING TO EXPLAIN THE SITIATION

HOMECHOICE REF ***/NBA ASSOCIATES a Order was placed by my mom a pensioner, but after Home Choice delivered the order they were called to inform that the order will be cancelled due to poor quality and false advertising because what is advertised is a total different product that is delivered.

Home Choice sent their own courier company to collect where all items was cross checked by the courier company before the box was sealed.

Then the harassment started. Claiming not all items was received. My mom, a 78 year old pensioner was asked to do a affidavit at the SAPS in CoviD time and was mailed to Ncwbokazi on 23 July 2021 together with all the needed documents requested.

Since then we received harassment calls form both Home Choice and they've handed this matter over to NBA Associates whom on several occasion dropped the call while we were trying to explain to them.
