****ed off client

Good Day Upon my joining of this company my creditors have not been paid. They ******* me and said my interest is too high but all they did was make matters worse. My creditors have made offers but they have not even rep**** to them or accepted. I have paid the 1500 to be removed as theit client but they refused. I have requested calls from them. I have also requested to be included when they communicate with my creditors but they refuse. I am now a bad payer because of this company. Their registration is NCRDC3916. My car loan has only been paid half. I want to be removed and I want to pay my own Debt as I was for the past 5 years before they came to ruin my credit status.
