Wrong vehicle model
I purchased a vehicle in Feb last year and the dealer told me that they are selling me a mini cooper JCW. Financing was done under the JCW and so says my contract. It was until my friend who works in BMW asked me why is my JCW not having stickers on fenders? I was confused since I was not that well acquinted with mini ranges..The price of the vehicle of about four hundred and sixty something thousands conviced me that of course it could be a latest model. My friend then pulled me a natis which shocked me to find that im simply driving a 2015 standard mini cooper with aero dynamic of maybe JCW.After efforts of finding the truth about the car..I e mailed the financing Bank..MFC, e- mailed the dealer but no one was of assisstance...All I wanted was to know the book value of the vehicle upon purchase so that I can be assured that im paying the right price..The settlent vs value of the car will never correlate if the car from the scratch was not financed as it is per natis..I signed the contract of course but not for 2015 mini convertible but what the sales person said. (JCW..latest..)So im unhappy that iv been deceived,no one is willing to assist. The saddest news is that I escalated the matter to MIOSA which maintained that Iv signed the contract and that only after 10 months im complaining ..but of which car? And at least within 10 months I found the truth about which model the car is..my own efforts for that matter. As if its enough..I only found out again that the car was sold to me only left with 8 months to fall off warranty, that was never explained to me...not even by the recruiter who took me to the dealership to meet the sales person because they were two on me and convincing me to take the car...I am seriously I need of assistance on this matter..my number is ***
