Worst nightmare!!!

So we bought a car with Nb car sales Potch on the 3 October and the following day the car broke down ,we then advised the sales man we want to cancel the deal and on the 6 October we drove to Potch to advise we cancelling the deal and till today no response after we were promised a phone call the following day which was supposed to bethe 7 October 2021.The painful part is we are expcted to keep a car that's not in a good condition, very sad. The car has broke down twice and it's not even a month and texted the sales man who completely ignored by text and that really made us extremely upset and Clearly customers service is not a concern to this company and they don't even care how this affects us financially. My husband even attempted suicide because what he thought was a dream come true became a nightmare. This car bought us nothing but embarrassment and put us a bad financially position .my husband works shift and without a car his safety is compromised, We have given them enough time to respond but clearly they simply do not care. I even asked the sales man to email us the contact as he promised and till today nothing, very unprofessional. Maybe we needed to cause drama, call EFF before they take us serious? I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of response and sympathy for their customers. This goes against what the company said they stand for..
