Disappointed client

Recently bought a car from NB car sales in potchefstroom.. They only gave me the cloth mats and not the rubber mats.. I called and asked them why they did not give me rubber mats as I bought a brand new car which should have those rubber mats.. The lady on the phone was so impatient with me... Asked for my details saying she will call me back after finding out what could've happened it's been over a month waiting for her response so clearly she was just answering me for the sake of answering.. My sales person has also been ignoring me
