****** NB Car Sales - Law is always on their side

I bought a car last 2019 October from NB Car Sales from Leanne sales person. I only saw a picture on internet. She made me a deal and made me qualify from the bank without giving her my expenditure, I don't know how is that possible? Most information on the contract is wrong.

I left around 2pm to collect it and I arrived in Potch around past 5pm. They were about to close. They told me the car is at Licensing Department for checks. They made me sign the papers without inspecting the car first as it was going to be the first time seeing the car. I suspect they had hiden the car.

After I signed the papers they told me the car is outside and they were already closing the doors. I told their finance guy that im signing for something I haven't seen. He raised eyebrows but continues to sign me.

The car is 2017 model, 34000 mileage, R181 000, old shape. It was over priced, put R5100 on top again thinking I wouldn't see it. The car was involved in a car accident of which they never disclosed. The paint was all over, side mirrors not the same - one from Polo Vivo and one from Polo Play , front light wobbles when driving at night, tyres worn out and no carpets.

The next day I complained immediately because I arrived very dark couldn't see the car proper. They acted suprised and paid R5000 back to car finance, bought only 1 tyre. Took the car to Sparkling for respray again. Sparkling wrote us a letter to say they are not licensed to deal with car mechanic but only paint and minor dents.

Why would I want to buy a s**** for R181K? I took the car back to them till today 13 May 2020. I've been paying for a car that I don't drive for 6 months. I wrote to MIOSA and it ruled in their favour. NB Car Sales rep**** to MIOSA saying that I've seen the car before and I had accepted that the minor scratches will be dealt with, that I refused they give me another car. What a lie.

As yesterday 12 May 2020 Leanne writes me a WhatAap message after MIOSA responded same day that I must collect the car otherwise they will charge me storage of R350 everyday. After I responded to her with anger she said I'll collect my car infront of the Police.

How can MIOSA stand with them that I signed the contract? The law is always standing with the riches while this people reap from the poor.

The owner Noshi Hassim was rude to my husband when I send him. He told him he does not have a contract with him but with me. They don't respond to any emails but prefers WhatsAap only. They always take advantage of women.

This is so heartbreaking. My tears wouldn't go in vain. God will answer this.
