NVS Attorneys

I have been placed under debt review by this company according to the NCR in 2013. According to me i have never been under debt review for anything. I tried to contact them on their landline number as well as a private cell phone number provided by the NCR without any success. How do i go about clearing my name now seeing that i never app**** for debt review or that anyone can produce any proof of said application. I also do not reside in the cape town area but in mpumalanga so why would i contact a cape town law firm for debt review and if so that they then apply for it in cape town while we have access to lawyers in our own town. Should i approach the western cape law society for solutions in this regard seeing that there is no answer for the lawyer's office number to sort this mess out.
