Just had a telephone conversation with Nazlee herself, and I must say, to her this was a joke and I now believe the only reason anyone reached out to me, was because of my previous review. Nazlee became offended because I was upset that no one came back to me after I've leaft numerous messages and emails with Kim, who made promises, not kept. I've sent through our clearance certificate on the 5th of December, today I was promised, they would send through the report. But when talking to Nazlee, she made it clear she don't remember our case, and I don't blame her, what I do blame her for though is mocking me, for telling me not to believe the bank, who am I to believe if the bank tells me I'm still under debt review, these people are unprofessional, making like I'm dilutional, and don't understand their job. But you know what, I don't have to, even asking me cdo you want me to put you back on debt review ". That's he type of people I had to deal with, and still don't know what the next step is.
