Nazlee van Staden Attorneys and debt counseling
I don't think they deserve 1star.They assisted us in our debt review proses, in 2008,debt counseling was approved by the court, and because our house was also part of the process, I followed up with one of the consultants to ensure the correct amount was being distributed to the bank towards our bond. Long of the short, 6 months later the specific bank informed us that we did not honor the court order on how much was supposed to pay and we were in areas of 116000,they egnolished that it was their fault, but i was tired of struggling, and decided to sell our home, that was 2015,cleared all debt, just to find out this morning that we're still listed as under debt review. I had to sell my house, because of their lack of interest in our case and not adjusting the amount, but just didn't take responsibility for their actions, or lack there of. Today I found out that me and my husband is still listed as under debt review, as they never updated our debt health status, and for that reason, we still can't purchase a new property. I'm utterly disappointed, and feels helpless, because the don't answer any emails or telephonic contact. I'm sick of people walking over us because you don't know the process.. But for my family, they've put our future at risk. So people be careful, even if you phone them daily or monthly to ensure that they're doing what they should, and help you back to responable financial freedom. In my case they definitely, made our matter worse, and still, after all these years, my credit record says debt counseling, after submitting clearence certificate to all institutions, but the institutions still insists that Nazlee van Staden attorneys have to submit clearence from them.sincerely, Renay Jacobs.
