Nazlee is a selfish money hungry *****

I worked for this sick people from 8 March 2020 and then I signed a contract stating that it was a 3 months contract,but then lockdown came at the end of March and I set home after nazlee had announced that we are closing because of the lockdown,but to my surprise everyone else was going to work as normal while me and the other girl were sitting at home. I then called her after 2 months to say everyone is working can I also come to work then she said it's fine come but it is at your own risk then I went to work,but when I got there and she said my contract expired while I was on lockdown so she will have to draft another one then I said ok fine everytime I could remind her that I need a new contract because I can work without a contract and she would be saying am busy,so then in July 29 2020 she called me to her office and said she has a contract for me and I must sign it as quick as possible as it is needed then I said I cannot sign something I have not read then she rep**** "it's the same as the one that has expired nothing has changed" she did not allow me to read a word of it instead she was flipping the pages to only show were it requires a signature so that I can sign and I did that out of egnorence.

30th July the following day after signing that sick contract she then called me in her office and said you haven't been reaching the weekly target of 25000 in your sales and have not reached 80000 for the month so your fired and I asked her how is that so if I didn't get any warning verbally or even a written one remember there were other employees who had not reached their targets before but would sign reviews of not reaching target,then she said I will pay you extra money so that you will be able to get time to look for another job and I will email to you the contract you signed,I trusted that the contracts will be sent to my email so that I can take the matter further to the labour court but she did not send not even a paper of reference.
