********** Online Clothing Store

This company is a ***** do not buy from them. My wife ordered a dress which she needed by the 20th of December and never received. They kept coming up with excuses. We then asked for a refund which the kept promising is on the way. On the 8th of January the sent an email from *** stating that they received the refund request and it would be processed within 5 to 7 days. on the 7th of February we still did not receive the refund and when inquiring about it we were told to just be patient it will be done. It is now 50 day later and still no refund.
