Unsurpassed service delivery

I would like to extend my appreciation to NavShop especially Sean. I bought a car entertainment unit somewhere else in 2017 and for some reasons it stopped working recently and when I could not get help from the supplier I contacted NavShop Sa for assistant. Sean was quick to respond to my request and was constantly in contact with me through whatsapp, phone calls and emails guiding me all the way to ensure the problem is resolved. We really need more people like him especially with regard to service delivery as he exemplifies what customer service should be. Thanks once again Sean
