Excellent Experience

After searching for a while for an entertainment unit for my Ford Ranger, I found the Navshop Website. Even though based in Cape Town, they supply nationally with partner fitment centers nationally. With my purchase, it had to be shipped in. Delivery time is unfortunately dependant on many things, but understood that Navshop can do nothing about the DHL Process. Nevertheless, in two weeks the unit was here. It was then fitted at MAD Customs in Benoni, who I will truly recommend for customizing and installations. Finally, a crew who really know what they are doing... The overall process was great, with Sean Casserley keeping me updated all the way. With any issues, he was extremely supportive and always responsive. I was never ignored.<br> To Summarize, in a day where we are seeing **** service everywhere, it was a breath of fresh air receiving great service from Navshop....Highly recommend them.
