BAD Service

We purchased 2 units over two weeks ago and paid in full for the items. Speedy delivery was promised and never happened. We have tried to make contact with Sean and every time we are given the run around. Today ...not taking calls.We have demanded a refund several times and today we were given a tracking number and promised installation by tomorrow....I spoke with DHL and they are still sitting in customs with outstanding amounts on them and NO chance they will be delivered and installed by tomorrow. Typical salesman, promises the world and delivers nothing.
