Bad Service and Refund Complaints

I paid to get Corprate business leads they leads were not qualified and it was nit value for money for me now im due for a refund i am been given a run around i was told by the 16th of December 2024 i will be paid as i needed ro wait 45 days cancellation clause which i did still my refund is not processed to date they have my banking details im honestly tired they linked to Concelo marketing i need my refund if the money is not paid im going to the Ombudsman in the next 3days if this is not resolved and money in my account
