Bad business practices.

I bought 25 leads in May 2023. I paid R7000 for the leads that fall in the R65kpm LSM. The leads that I received were of poor quality and never in the LSM I paid for. It took for ever to get the original batch of leads. Of the original 25 leads, 20 had to be replaced. In total, I received 28 leads, 22 of them needed to be replaced. We then came to an arrangement that they will refund me, they sent me a list of set dates that payment would be made. I have so far received R1000 and a lot of empty and broken promises.
