Pool Cleaner warranty honored

I bought a Navigator Pool Cleaner at Makro in Aug 2014. I was swayed by the good price and it came standard with a weir valve, 8 lengths of pipe, a spare diaphragm and a 2 year guarantee. Once installed it also performed better and faster than my previous cleaner.<br> In Feb 2015 the engine part of my Navigator broke. I did not expect much help but decided to phone the manufacturer as I had a 2 year guarantee. Immediately they acknowledge that they had a bad batch of engines that could crack when the cleaner sucked up a pebble. They promised to replace the part without any backtracking or \read the fine print"excuse. Three days later a rep delivered two new engines at my house with new diaphragms although the old one was still fine. I was really surprised and grateful for this company's \""How can we help you\"" attitude and their service. . """
