BAD SERVICE

Booked accommodation via Nautical Star Accommodation with Melanie in October 2015 and paid 50% deposit. Try to contact them on many occasions to confirm where I will collect the keys to the unit in The Wave at Blouberg on arrival,20th January 2016 with no reply to the calls and e- mail. After the 3rd day sms I got a respond to say at the unit. The unit was not serviced or cleaned. Dirty pots and pans in the kitchen cupboards. Booked for 14 days and no extra linen was supp**** after another sms send to her. Never take any calls but reply to sms. She did send a cleaner the next day to clean and blame it on the owner who is in JHB while Nautical Star is the agent with the keys and control. We left on the 3rd February and still no respond from Melanie.<br> <br> Will never book through them again. Pathetic service. Will not recommend them at all for holiday bookings.<br>
