False marketing

Booked a room that included breakfast for my parents through the internet. The establishment claims this comes at an extra cost & it is the booking website that made the mistake. False marketing at its best, its a back and forth between the two businesses, no one takes responsibility for the false info but the customers are at the short end of this roberry
