Company cannot be trusted! - Nature's Way Botanica

This company is awful - NEVER NEVER pay them in full. We paid for a service and we paid in full, however due to unforeseen and sad circumstances we had to cancel and he refused to refund the 50%. We were only meant to pay the 50%. Further to this he then tries to **** another R800 if we want to continue with the service! I have the email as proof! How horrible can a person be to pray on other peoples misfortunes.
