****MED BY NATURES TABLE KYALAMI EVENT ON 23 SEPTEMBER 2023

I purchased two tickets @ R1720 for the Kyalami event scheduled for 23 September 2023. Following the purchase, I have not received any communication regarding confirmation of my tickets. I tried numerous times calling the WhatsApp number *** and emailed *** to no response.

On the day of the event, a friend told me the event is canceled until further notice and an email was sent regarding refund options, which I did not receive. Nelisiwe Mthembu was the person mentioned to call or email for refunds... To date, it has been impossible to get hold of anyone on the number or email. This is by far poor customer service and I just want someone from Natures Table to respond to my emails. I am starting to think that this is a **** because no one can reach Neliswe Mthembu at Natures Table.

If anyone has an alternative contact to get hold of these people at Natures Table please share.

I am really frustrated....
