I need help.

I contacted the company wanting to buy a soapmaking machine. The company said it sells a 4 in 1 manufacturing machine that makes candles, detergents, bar soap and wax polishers. I sent an email asking for more information on the package and asked if the machine makes green bar soap which is what I really wanted. If the machine could do this without me incurring further costs except raw materials. I also asked for any information that could help in me making a business decision. If their machine could make quality bar soap for me I was willing to pay the R25000. Instead of information the owner assured me it was well all I needed was about R2500 for raw materials and start and sent me a proforma invoice for. 1* manufacturing machine. 1*trolley . 1*200ltr mixing drum. 4* training manuals for bar soap detergents, wax polishers and candles. 1* heated tank.

I waited for the company's lag time of 2 weeks and then the shoker got delivered. I got a 200ltrs drum. 2 trolleys one with a burner. An electric mixer to be mounted on a stand provided. A rough steel drum for heating on a burner and had no handles. It had a drain at the base but no plug. These were all heating and mixing apparatus. I asked about the machine and i was told the electric mixer and drum are the machine. I asked so how do I make bar soaps out of it. He told me I should buy molds. It was fine if molds were costing R20 each. A 1kg bar mold costs in excess of R200. And with these mega mixing machines I had it needed 200 molds times R200 thus R40 000 in further costs alas I was told after buying the machine all i will need wad R2500 and had already bought raw materials. On the drum and mixing rod my sketchy knowledge of chemistry tells me any caustic soda solution is mixed in plastic or stainless steel container. I was supp**** a rough steel drum and steel stirrer to mix corrosive caustic soda which is a major reactant with oil in soapmaking. I told him my sendingirlfriend machine back and that was the last time he picked my calls. Whatsapp messages and my emails he would read and not reply. I asked to confirm his address before I sent the consignment back and he didn't respond. I sent him bank details to effect refund no response.
