Rotten green beans

I’m ****ed off and totally disgusted! After cooking my lamb rib, onions, garlic etc I added Natures Garden green beans. I straight away noticed off colour pieces which I picked out, then the smell. My whole pressure cooker of food is ruined. ? and my whole house stinks of rotten, fermented green beans. I will never buy any of your products again.
