Bad client service !!!

I have a disturbing complain .

I bought a 1 kg pack of country mix and found two pieces card-box in the bag ..

I have complained regarding this query , the complains agent were not very friendly and she wanted me to speak with her via "whatsapp "which I at first think is very unprofessional . Hi even send her the pictures of the cardboard in the bag .. She did not came up with a solution " the outcome was only that they will send me a voucher "

I don't understand how some companies want to grow , but when there is a client error they or query they only wants to bribe us with money not even a solution .
