Nature's creation more like nature's disaster!!

<p>Booked and paid my deposit for the band. Two weeks later i get a message that there was a booking already and basically I must get somebody else. This is after we confirmed more than once that they are available. They dont even have the decency to give me a call I had contact them to hear what is going on. Its heading for two weeks later and i have not been refunded. They keep promising for my money to be deposited but im yet to see it. Appalling mannerism & so unprofessional. They aren't even apologetic. I will never attempt to hire them. They have inconvenienced me. Mistakes happen but its the manner which this has been handled almost as if i must wait until they are good and ready. And the audacity, honestly despicable </p>
