Very Unhappy Customer :(

In December 2019, I ordered Bottles with a foam pump from Nature's Craft. It arrived the Saturday before they closed for the holidays, which meant that I had to wait for the middle of January 2020 to receive a refund and an exchange fr my purchase.

I let the company know via whatsapp, in December, just to be told that they are closed for the holidays and will get back to me once they have opened.

I did not hear anything from them by middle January and so I sent them another whatsapp. This time they told me they are working on it and will get back to me a.s.a.p.

After about 2 weeks I went onto their website and it looks like this company has closed down. No whatsapp, and no one has contacted me and I am sitting with goods that does not work for me. :(

I think they should have contacted me and told me they have closed down and rectified the problem, but to this date I have heard nothing and have no one to contact.

Very unhappy :(
