Terrible service at Nature's Craft

I ordered over R1800's products and my parcel was delayed a whole week without being notified. I phoned, no one answered, I e-mailed and they only responded 8 days later. They said my package would be delivered within that week, but it didn't. I had to WhatsApp again just to be ignored, as I asked for a refund. My package arrived 2 weeks later without any communication. Almost 15 containers were missing their caps, the wrong colours were given of 2 products and half of the volume of the one product I ordered was sent. Absolutely pathetic service. Would not recommend this business to anyone.
