DO NOT BUY FROM NATURE'S CRAFT!

I've had a really unpleasant experience with this company! They are unprofessional and there's NO customer service! I was very excited to find a local company that had some products that I've been searching for. I placed my order in the beginning of March 2020. After about a week of not hearing back, I emailed them to check up on the status of my order. The first and last response that I got from them was that my order has been delayed and that it will be sent to me ASAP. I've followed up multiple times after that via email and whatsapp, and they've never had the common decency to reply to my emails or update me further. The whatsapp messages were read, with no response. Why do you have a running website if you cannot fulfil orders? I wonder how many others there are out there who got ****med by them. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM.

Is this a joke? You want to try and rectify the pathetic service 2 years later? I have CERTAINLY NOT received the order, not even "later than expected". I did not get a single response to any of my emails or messages, and there's no excuse for that. It's a little too late, and I'm not interested in your free gift. Thanks.
