Beetles in organic oats

Reported for the second time that there is beetle infestation in their organic oats that ive been experiencing and monitoring for months and then I had a very bad experience with how they treated me and started accusing me of things that happened and they made excuses to ignore me and my complaint. They did not take me seriously and just wanted to blame the store where I baught the oats. Can clearly see they do care
